Who is Anthony Stephen Mendes

I am Anthony and I decided to take up minimalism when I felt fatigued by the vastness of the activities around me.

Over the last two years I have been doing two things:

  1. Picking up new skills.
  2. Reducing activities and involvement via minimalism.

This two way street has helped me stay focused; the result of this has been the ability to 2x my monthly revenue and still find the time to play football, host events and meet new people.

Why you should bother with my newsletter

Essentially I have realised that people read self help books and newsletters when they need a quick fix.

They love cheap dopamine and trying out small steps for one activities to feel better about themselves.

The consistency dies off in a week and they are back in the market bookmarking content that hosts ideas to redeem them.

Here the goal is simple: create short form value content and attach it to long form content. The reader takes sizeable action on what they want to do; if not, they simply click out of the email I have sent.

If they choose the former, chances are that they can stick with the easy to follow steps I have listed in the long form blog posts.
